Insurance and Billing
We are In-Network with most insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. After your initial examination, we will review the treatment proposed and what your dental investment will be prior to treatment. We believe in informing each patient regarding any services before they are performed so there will be no unexpected surprises. Please bring the necessary proof of insurance with you on appointment day. We will help you maximize your insurance dollars.
Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Your employer has contracted with your insurance company to determine the benefits your plan covers. We will make every effort to help you understand your dental benefits and what your personal investment will be. We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. Regardless of what we may estimate, any amount not paid by your insurance will be your responsibility.

We will do our best to provide accurate information, but it is impossible for our office to know every dental plan and benefit package within that dental plan. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance policy and benefits, including any limitations or exclusions.
Our team will not provide dental treatment based on insurance coverage. Any estimated benefits provided by our office are estimates only and may not reflect the actual amount paid by your insurance company. We are happy to submit a preauthorization for dental treatment but that is not considered a guarantee by your insurance company.
You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance, including deductibles, co-pays, maximum benefits used, and costs for procedures not approved by your insurance.
